I know I can pose the eyes so it looks normal, but... i don't want to do that D:! I'm "new" to pmd/pmx editor...

Is that dress the pink lolita one?
If it is that dress, try deleting everything except her head, save her head with another name and load it on MMD. If it works normally without the body, the dress is causing that. It's very heavy to use with certain models, because it has many vertexes (the dot things that appear on PMD).

If you delete her body, load the head and it still does that I have no idea what it may be, but I can take a look, if you want o v o ~
